Over the course of eight transformative months, participants delve deep into the essence of leadership, exploring themes that challenge conventional thinking and ignite personal growth. Leaders Connect is more than a program; it’s a movement, a call to action for those who see leadership as a responsibility to create, to serve, and to leave an indelible mark on the world.


What you can expect…

  • Monthly Sessions

    8 monthly 2-hour sessions, focused on essential core leadership competencies.   

  • Assessment

    Participants will complete an assessment at the start of the program and at completion to gain clearer understand strengths and areas of development through feedback and/or self-reflection.​ 

  • Participation

    We curate each group to ensure participants are working with leaders at a similar level who offer diverse yet relevant insights.​ 

  • Ongoing Support

    In between sessions, participants will have access to group communication channels and optional one-on-one coaching to ensure you’re continually progressing toward your goals.​ 

  • One-on-One Coaching

    Each participant will have an option of up to two personalized coaching sessions, enabling them to explore specific goals, challenges, and growth areas with tailored guidance.​ 

  • Program Wrap Up

    An opportunity to reflect and a chance to celebrate achievements.
