Gilmore is a three-time Olympian (Sochi 2014, PyeongChang 2018, and Beijing 2022) in the sport of long track speed skating and has represented Canada at World Cups, World Championship & Olympic Games for 13 seasons. He has been around the world, atop podiums, and into record books. Beyond his athletic accomplishments, Gilmore is well known for his remarkable display of sportsmanship at the 2014 Olympics, an experience which he developed into a TEDx talk that explores the idea of achieving excellence through generosity. Gilmore has extensive experience as a public and keynote speaker, speaking on topics like teamwork, leadership, and culture, and has worked with a number of organizations through partnerships, sponsorships, campaigns, and promotions.
Now retired from sport, Gilmore is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Management.
