Sheri has spent over 20 years in higher education serving as a senior leader.  She has led executive searches, as well as staff and faculty recruitment. Sheri has worked on institutional strategic planning and initiatives, developed external partnerships, worked with local and state agencies on continuous program and policy improvement, developed mentoring programs, and 360 reviews. Sheri has extensive experience in developing training and professional development seminars and courses. Sheri has built programs and led institutional projects grounded in theoretical frameworks and extensive research.

Sheri graduated from Hartwick College and holds a Bachelor degree in Management. She also holds a professional certificate in Conferences and Event Management from New York University, a Master of Arts in Communication from New York Institute of Technology and received her Doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University.
