Michelle has over 20 years of international experience in Human Resources Management across the Energy, Engineering, Construction, and Technology industries. Michelle has held a variety of Senior HR Leadership positions in North America and Internationally with responsibilities for all Human Resources functions including: Advisory, DE&I, Talent Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and HRIS. Michelle has extensive experience spearheading strategic global HR initiatives and has led the HR function for multibillion-dollar M&A activities in Canada and Southeast Asia.

Michelle graduated from Hartwick College in New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Psychology. Michelle holds a certification in Executive Compensation and is certified in 360 assessments from the Center for Creative Leadership.
