Ian has worked for over 30 years in executive leadership positions in some or the World’s largest companies, as well as helping start-ups get off the ground. He has deep experience in leadership strategy and implementation, having initiated and been responsible for numerous large scale, global, organizational, cultural and operations projects. It is Ian’s passion for effective and inclusive Strategic leadership that led him to expanding his executive skills by becoming a certified master coach. Working with both individual executives and companies to ensure that there is a clear line of sight, and alignment, between the agreed strategic direction, and the overall vision and values of the company, that in turn deliver the best and most efficient customer value and experience.

Ian is an accredited member of the IIB (Institute for Independent Business) and a Certified RMT Master coach (Robbins Madanes Trained). He has also held board positions for industry associations and has sat on numerous industry committees.
